How We Are Responding to the COVID-19 Crisis

   COVID-19 continues to completely wreck our lives. Even though it seems to be tapering down, it’s not over yet and it will stay here unless we all do our part. Johnson City Ford is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment to buy your next Ford and take care of your current Ford. So we’ve taken a couple of steps to help prevent further spread and make shopping from home better than ever.  

Below, you will find a number of preventative steps we are taking to ensure our customers are safe, as well as new ways we are making it easier than ever to serve our customers.

How We Are Helping To End The COVID-19 Pandemic

Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:

       Our cleaning crew has gone through some extra training so they know to more frequently clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership, including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more.

       Things get passed around the dealership probably more than you realize. So we’ve placed a bunch of hand sanitizing stations throughout the showroom floor and office areas. We highly recommend using them after handling things like keys, pens, clipboards, touching cars, doors, etc.

       Staying home when you’re sick is the best way to limit exposure to COVID-19. We’ve instructed and mandated all of our staff to remain at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms. We also recommend our customers to stay home if they are ill and come in when you are feeling better.      

   The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

It’s important to us that you have a safe and healthy environment to buy your new car in. That’s why these measures at Johnson City Ford will remain in place until further notice.

 

Shopping At Home Is Better Than Ever!

Complimentary Pickup and Delivery Options*

   People react to COVID-19 very differently and some may not be ready to come back to in-person shopping just yet. We get that, which is why we figured we’d make shopping for a new car and maintaining your Ford at Johnson City Ford the best it can be! So we added a bunch of new features for you to take advantage of!

    Starting off strong, we’ve got our new car delivery program! This program allows you to complete the entire car buying process online, including all the paperwork and financing. Once everything is good to go, one of our team members will bring your brand new Ford directly to you, cleaned and ready to go! 

    Both this service and the following is available to you at no extra cost, so enjoy!

    Next up, still just as strong as the first, is our service pick-up system. This one works if you already have a Ford and you’re looking to get some work done on it. Whether you need an oil change, tire rotation, or more complex engine work, you can schedule whatever service you need and we’ll come to you to pick-up your car. We’ll even leave you with a loaner if you need one. Once we’re done, we’ll drop your car back off to you, cleaned and sanitized.

At Home Test Drive*

     It’s hard to say yes to a car you’ve only seen through a computer screen. Not to mention, test driving a car is one of the best parts of buying a new car. So we’ve made it possible to enjoy that feeling while staying at home. 
 

  Introducing the At-Home Test Drive from Johnson City Ford! Now, you can schedule a test drive for any car in our new or used inventory and one of our team members will bring the car right to you. You can take it for a spin around your neighborhood, to work, or anywhere you want! Plus, the car will be wiped down to prevent any exposure to COVID-19 before and after your test drive.
